We're committed to providing fair and clear pricing for all our services. Here’s how it works:Minimum Trip Fee: A $150 minimum trip fee applies to all service calls. This fee is automatically waived if the total cost of the repairs or services for that visit exceeds $150.Up-front Flat-Rate Pricing: For standard jobs, we provide a detailed, flat-rate quote before any work begins. This quote is based on the standard requirements of the job and ensures you know the total cost beforehand.Non-Standard Jobs: For jobs that are highly variable or cannot be accurately quoted in advance—such as boxed furniture assembly and non-standard jobs—we will provide you with a ballpark estimate or a flexible price range before starting the work. The final cost will be determined based on the total scope of work. We will communicate this to you clearly at the time of your request."No Surprises: If a project reveals unforeseen complications, we will immediately pause work and consult with you. We will clearly explain the situation and discuss any necessary changes to the scope and cost. We will only proceed with your full approval.
